Kyma is a young product run by a small operation. These terms are short because the deal is simple.
The service
Kyma fetches feeds you choose and presents them for reading. It is provided as-is, without warranty; we work hard on reliability (and back everything up), but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product grows.
Fair use
Use it to read. Do not use it to attack the service or anyone else's - no deliberate overloading, scraping other users' data, or subscribing to feeds as a way of weaponising our crawler. Reasonable technical limits (feed counts, summary quotas) exist and may change. Accounts abusing the service can be suspended or removed.
Your content and data
Articles belong to their publishers; Kyma stores them to show them to their subscribers. Your subscriptions and activity are yours - export any time, deletion on request. The privacy policy covers the detail.
